Founded in 1849, Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum has been the final resting place for many of St. Louis’s notable figures including William Clark, Adolphus Busch, and the Lemp Family. The cemetery has a diverse collection of over 7,000 trees and shrub varieties in its arboretum making an enjoyable run/walk through history and nature.
