Fur Traders at Decoration Day 2017 Bellefontaine Cemetery will host our fourth living history event June 2nd, 2018 from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. This year’s event will focus on St. Louisans who helped shape our city and made an impact after the Great Depression and into the War Years. This event is designed to inform, educate, and entertain people of all ages. All are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch (please no alcohol) as a nod to how families would picnic at the cemetery when it was first founded. Directional signs will lead attendees from our main gate at 4947 W. Florissant to the event location on Walnut Hill. We would appreciate if you would select your preferred arrival time so we can anticipate traffic flow in the cemetery. This is a FREE event.
