On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, Thomas Edwin Curry went home to be with the Lord at the age of 68. After many months of declining health, Thomas passed peacefully with his wife Sharon by his side.

Thomas was born on March 24, 1954, to Mary (Moore) Curry and Edwin Curry in Evansville, Indiana. In 1972, he graduated from F.J. Reitz High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Sharon Elisabeth Gerbig, on February 19, 1977. Thomas graduated from the University of Evansville in May of that year and began his career as a mechanical engineer. He and Sharon moved several times due to his job before settling down in St. Louis, Missouri. Together, they had five children.

Thomas loved music and playing guitar. Most of his favorite songs were by the Beatles. Thomas also enjoyed working on cars, watching sports, and woodworking. He was always available to help fix things when they were broken. He will be remembered for his friendliness and telling lots of proud stories about his kids.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Sharon Curry; his brother, David Curry; his children Adrienne Hentschel, Emily Hedlund, Amanda Curry, Kevin Curry, and Ryan Curry; and his grandchildren Malachi Hedlund, Shiloh Hedlund, Elliot Corbin, Auryn Hentschel, and Ezra Corbin; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Caroline, and his parents. He will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 21 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Trinity Church - 3515 Shackelford Rd, Florissant, MO 63031.
