Obituary For Rodney Edwin Wegermann

Rodney Edwin Wegermann, 85, went home to Jesus on Saturday, March 21, 2026 in St. Louis, MO. Rod was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He was studious by nature,loved God, learning more about God and the Bible, as well as the world around him. He loved people, enjoyed talking to anyone and everyone, was generous, kind, and thoughtful.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years, Peggy; sons Matthew (Lacey), Andrew (Brooke), and David (Nicole); and brother Alan (Valerie).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Wegermann, and Harriet Scheer (Don).

A small gathering and internment will be held at Bellefontaine Cemetery for family and close friends on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.

    Rod's passing has left a huge void on earth, but we rejoice that he is with our heavenly Father. Rod was always so supportive and kind to me. He was truly a man of God and we will all miss him. May you find comfort in your memories, knowing he lives on in your hearts
