Obituary For Richard Joseph Singer

Richard Joseph Singer, 84, of Saint Louis, MO, passed away unexpectedly on 6/16/24 with his wife by his side. Preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, and brother-in-law, and survived by his wife, Nancy Singer, son Joshua Singer, daughter Sarah Skeeters (Dustin), grandchildren Evan, Zoe, and Natalie Skeeters, sister Joan Goldenberg (Howard), along with many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Richard always had a smile on his face and a joke or story to share. A kind and gentle soul, he was an easy man to love. His quiet demeaner hid a fantastic sense of humor and quick wit. He loved his family, his animals, good books, good wine, and a good game of poker.

There will be a small, private funeral held on 6/26/24, with a celebration of life to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Animal Protective Association of Missouri in his memory.

We have been very blessed to have Richard as part of our family since he and Sarah were married. He is such an exceptional person, with a gorgeous smile for every one and never a harsh word for anyone. He was taken too soon and will be very much missed.
