Lexine Leigh Pranschke (née Fink) was born July 13, 1950, and passed away April 3, 2026, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth (Ken) Pranschke; her daughter Paulita Pranschke (Robert Murry); her son Peter Pranschke; her sisters Lorine Pelletier (Lester) and Lugine Hein (Ronald); as well as many siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Audrey Fink (née Bergmann), her nephew Austin Hein, and her brother-in-law Rev. Samuel Pranschke.

A private green burial was held at Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis, MO, on April 13, 2026. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at All Nations Church, 7860 Olive Blvd, University City, MO 63130. A reception will follow immediately after the service.
