Fox Trot 5K Run/Walk
Bellefontaine Cemetery and ArboretumFounded in 1849, Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum has been the final resting place for many of St. Louis’s notable figures including William Clark, Adolphus Busch, and the Lemp Family. Celebrated architecture such as the Wainwright Mausoleum, Hotchkiss Chapel, and the ‘Girl in the Glass Box’ can also be found on the grounds. The cemetery has a diverse collection of over 7,000 trees and shrub varieties in its arboretum making an enjoyable run/walk through history and nature. The Fox Trot is a nod to our resident foxes who, according to some Native American Traditions, represent the spirit of one’s ancestors when seen on a burial ground. Check-in begins at 8:00 AM. The race starts at 8:30 AM. $30 for Adults age 16+ - Registration with Shirt $20 for Youth 15 and under - Registration with Shirt $10 for Registration only RESTRICTIONS: For the safety of Fox Trot participants bicycles and pets on leashes are not permitted in the race.
