Join us for our a brisk spring walk through Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum! In the months of March, April, and May, we offer a two-hour walking tour of the cemetery and arboretum. This 2-hour walk will be led by one of our Master Guides who will convey highlights of the cemetery grounds, horticulture, and a variety of intriguing figures who call Bellefontaine their last address. Horticulture Tour - Daffodil Walk One of our horticulturalists will lead this walk through the cemetery, highlighting our expansive daffodil displays throughout the property and focusing on areas with heirloom varieties dating back to the 1800s and early 1900s. Mausoleum II Walking Tour – 1:30 p.m.

Mausoleum II Walking Tours Located on the 314 acres of Bellefontaine Cemetery are over 100 Mausoleums. As St. Louisans had grand homes throughout the city, they also had grand mausoleums on the grounds of Bellefontaine. This tour focuses on the history, iconography, and architecture of these grand structures. Entrance into a few of these mausoleums has been granted by the families.
