Yoga in Nature with Intentionally Fit

This special event begins in Wildwood Valley. Instructors from Intentionally fit will lead everyone through a Vinyasa Yoga flow with an introduction to breath work, core conditioning, and Kundalini in a natural grounding space. Afterward, while sipping and snacking, tour the native plants and trees of Wildwood Valley and Evergreen Meadow.  At Evergreen Meadow, we will discuss the process of a green burial in the wildflower prairie.
