Tickets are on sale now for our biggest event of the year! Join us for our eighth annual historic Beer Barons Tour on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13, 2019.
The final resting places of many of the early St. Louis beer barons such as Uhrig, Lemp, Wainwright, Anheuser, Busch, and Griesedieck can be found at Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum. Their monuments speak of family fortunes won and lost, and how legacies intertwined as breweries merged, burned, closed, and re-opened.
Have a relaxing afternoon outdoors in Wildwood Valley Gardens with music, local beer and refreshments. Enjoy the stories of St. Louis’ Beer Heritage during the bus tours. Our staff horticulturists will also be giving tours of the beautiful Wildwood Valley Gardens.
We have two ticket levels, with prices starting at $40. Choose your preferred time for tours. This two-day event is sure to sell out, so get your tickets now: http://bit.ly/beer-barons-2019
Proceeds from the Beer Barons tour benefit the cemetery’s efforts in conservation, education, and community programming.
