Medal of Honor Day Tour

FreeBellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum is home to 10 Medal of Honor Recipients. (eight of Civil War note, one from the Korean Campaign of 1871 and one from World War 1) Our two-hour walking tour will include all 10 men and their merits. In between, other notables and horticultural highlights will be identified. This will be a fast-paced walk over 2.5 miles of moderate terrain, so please dress appropriately. This tour will be socially-distanced, but please bring your mask!
♦ A limited number of registrations for the tour are available so reservations are required.
♦ This two-hour walking tour covers about 2.5 miles across moderate terrain.
♦ Please wear appropriate walking attire.
♦ We ask that everyone arrive between 15 to 20 minutes before tour time for a prompt departure.
♦ Tours are free however donations to the Friends of Bellefontaine Cemetery are gratefully accepted.
