Beyond the Gates – Mayors of St. Louis

Lyda Krewson is the 46th mayor of St. Louis. Of the 45 mayors who preceded her, 21 have been laid to rest at Bellefontaine Cemetery. Some of these mayors went on to hold other political offices in Missouri; others fulfilled duties for other territories. Many had important roles outside of politics that aided development in the city, region and state. Their stories interweave to show how St. Louis has changed over the years. This program will be led by Dan Fuller.

The class is presented in cooperation with the St. Louis Community College Continuing Education Department.
