Home of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, St. Louis hosted the most unforgettable of World’s Fairs. Many of those instrumental in securing the honor and making the Fair happen are memorialized here at Bellefontaine Cemetery. We will discuss David R. Francis, President of the LPE, and Isaac Taylor, Lead Architect of the Fair, and share many stories of their impact on the Fair and the region.
