Bellefontaine’s Beginnings – Discussion & Wreath Laying

Join us for a discussion about the research uncovered by our volunteer, Angela Wagner, regarding the first burial at Bellefontaine Cemetery – Edward Rutledge. We will also learn about the begininnings of the cemetery including why and how it was founded. The event will culminate in a walk to Rutledge’s grave and a wreath laying in his honor.
